家裡麵的傢俱都壞了。沒有茶杯也沒有湯匙。衞生不是很乾凈，電梯🛗等了很久。太慢了人太多，check out 時間等了半個小時電梯都是滿滿人。最後從29樓爬樓梯下到G樓。

第2次住，還是不錯。但是衞生還是要注意注意。已經打算明年再選個日期來個三天2夜。最主要孩子喜歡，游泳。

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioner was perfectly cold, and the price was really affordable. I love staying here because it feels just like home — there’s even a kitchen, which makes things super convenient! Shops are available right downstairs, so it’s easy to get what you need anytime. However, I hope the management can monitor the OKU parking area better. I travelled with my disabled son, and sometimes non-OKU vehicles were parked there. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again!

It was a bad experience because 1. Had to pay a RM200 deposit which I refused. What is this for? You don't trust your customers? Why other hotels don't ask for it? 2. No housekeeping done. No replacement of towels and toiletries. 3. It is not near to any amenities like food, shopping,etc. The place was under construction and walking to the nearby Empire Shopping Centre was dangerous bec you got to walk on the road and construction sites. 4. The room furnishing is very bland. Lots of big open spaces and sparsely populated with furniture. No bedside table. 5. The staff looked like part timers.

房間很大，陽光充足，讓人感覺很舒適，但床上有點臟，入戶燈也壞了，稍微影響了體驗。整體環境還算不錯，衹是這些小問題希望能改善。

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店環境安靜又舒適，整體設計讓人一進來就放鬆下來。房間空間感十足，床鋪舒適、細節處理得很好。服務人員態度友善、有耐心，讓整個住宿過程非常順暢。是一家讓人住得安心、睡得舒服的酒店，下次一定還會再選擇

Bilik yang kurang memuaskan Dari banyak sudut. Tilam yang sangat keras sedangkan rating yang diberi sentiasa baik rupanya sangat menghampakan. Arah kiblat dalam bilik pun Tiada walaupun kita menginap di Malaysia sepatutnya itu Hal wajib ada. Kebersihan cadar agak kurang baik, ada hitam2. Lampu tidur tunggang terbalik, dah patah pun Masih nak letak dalam bilik. Meja tepi katil yang dah patah pun Masih digunakan. Lift di hotel ni sangat2 mengecewakan, masa banyak membazir untuk tunggu lift sahaja. Ada sehingga 40 minit tunggu lift sebab asyik penuh je lift. Pengalaman paling teruk untuk Lift memang saya bagi pada Mossaz. Kolam renang yang kurang penjagaan.

The room was okay. The view was not that great because of the other buildings blocking it. Nothing much going on, but there's a shop on the ground floor. The check-in/out was easy and smooth. RM100 deposit. Had a problem with the access card to enter the lobby (had to wait for someone else to help me open the door – I was too annoyed to ask the counter since she was just letting me figure it out myself despite knowing there was a problem) and parking (I had to kick the door to enter). Overall, the room was great. I don't mind staying there again.

We stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!

The room very spacious and have all the basic amenities required for a comfy stay. Staff is friendly and helpful Just needed 30 min to check in as only 1 staff can access the system while we have idling 3 to 4 staffs sitting around that cannot help probably due to sop Remind cleaning staff to check the furniture too as only notice the broken chair when about to check out Avoid untoward accident to the next guest
